We distinguish the care model, the technology being developed and the evidence needed for a particular claim.
What guides the care model?
Person-centred rehabilitation and coordinated professional support provide a useful foundation. The World Health Organization describes rehabilitation around function, independence and participation, adapted to the person and their environment.
Our pathway pages include further reading from relevant clinical and public-health sources. General guidance is not proof that a particular MiMo technology produces a specific outcome.
Four different questions.
- Does a capability exist?A proposed device or application needs to be built and shown to work.
- Does the integration work?A connection needs reliable operation in the intended setting.
- Is the measurement useful?Reliability, context and interpretation need appropriate validation.
- Does it improve care?An outcome claim needs suitable clinical evaluation.
What can we say today?
The founding Belagavi centre is open and accepting patients. Programme pages explain an approach to care; the team confirms local availability and individual suitability.
We have not published an outcomes dataset or patient case study on this website. Personal stories require verified records and appropriate permission. Individual improvement alone cannot establish that a programme caused the result.
Longevity, with perspective.
Healthy ageing concerns functional ability and wellbeing. Any claim about biological age or lifespan needs its own supporting evidence.
